• Base Salary: $46,800.00 base annual salary + unit bonus potential of $19,200.00 - $33,540.00 based on performance!

Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Qualifications

• Skills - Assist the sales team with the application and sales process and handle escalated customer complaints.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Driver´s License - valid with a clean record
• Open schedule - willing to work long hours and weekends
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience - 1 year of experience in a supervisory/management role is highly preferred and 3 + years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.

Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train the sales people.
• Along with the General Manager, conduct team meetings and one-on-ones with team members to monitor performance and establish goals.
• Ensure the appropriate utilization of the AutoMas system, making sure the complete documentation for the loan application process is uploaded correctly and that notes and deal terms were submitted appropriately.
• Provide an excellent experience to our customers, during and after the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers
