Drive Cycle Porter Compensation and Benefits

• Pay – $15 to $18 hourly rate

Drive Cycle Porter Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and standard transmission vehicles
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• Able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Experience –  1+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Please apply if you have worked as Drive Cycle Porter, Driver, vehicle emissions, Emissions testing, Vehicle Diagnostics, Vehicle Performance monitoring, Pre-trip inspection, basic Vehicle checks, Vehicle Quality Control, shop assistant, service lot attendant. 

Drive Cycle Porter Responsibilities 

• Operate vehicles through designated drive cycles to ensure readiness for emissions testing.
• Monitor dashboard indicators, drive behavior, and vehicle performance during drive cycles.
• Perform basic pre-checks (fluids, tire pressure, etc.) before driving.
• Identify and report any mechanical issues or warning lights observed during operation.
• Document drive cycles and vehicle conditions as required.
• Assist in maintaining lot organization and cleanliness.
