Repo Remarketer Sr. Manager Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay rate between 85k – 100k annually based on experience + 10% an annual potential bonus

Repo Remarketer Sr. Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • (preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Experience managing mobile teams or multi-site operations.
  • Familiarity with repossessed vehicle processes and remarketing.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements and achieving measurable results.
  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Experience: 5+ years in automotive operations, vehicle remarketing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Repo Remarketer Sr. Manager Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and develop a team of Repo Remarketers, providing clear goals, training, and
  • performance evaluations.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vehicle check-in processes across all
  • facilities.
  • Foster collaboration among departments to ensure smooth vehicle flow and communication.
  • Create and implement a strategy for building a Mobile Tech team in DFW, Houston, and Los
  • Angeles.
  • Identify necessary resources, recruit skilled technicians, and oversee their training and
  • deployment.
  • Ensure the Mobile Tech team operates efficiently and meets service delivery expectations.
  • Identify and address gaps in the vehicle check-in process to improve turnaround times and
  • accuracy.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the Repo Remarketers and Mobile
  • Tech teams.
  • Continuously evaluate workflows and implement improvements to support scalability.
  • Partner with service and recon center managers to align objectives and streamline vehicle
  • management.
  • Mentor team members to foster professional growth and accountability.
  • Promote a positive and results-driven culture within the team.
