Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits

• Pay – $19.00 - $20.00 hourly pay

Service Advisor Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/ English required
• Strong general mechanic knowledge
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License, with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience – One year of customer service experience

Please apply if you have worked in customer service, service scheduling, vehicle maintenance, repair estimates, dealership service, or mechanic coordination.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and the store.
• Answers incoming telephone calls and responds in a courteous and professional manner.
• Greets all incoming customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Write up incoming customers’ work orders.
• Acknowledges all guidelines and policies as described in the company policy handbook.
